CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 1.1 Cancellation by Customer Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email format only. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: 25% of total tour cost
Between 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
Between 7-14 days before departure: 80% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour cost (no refund)
1.2 Cancellation by Company The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants, Force Majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
Refund of the amount paid after settlement, OR
The booking may be rescheduled to an alternative date mutually agreed upon.
1.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the date of cancellation request.
Refunds will be made to the original payment source.
